 Hi, The News is out, The Railway Station is nearly Complete, So you would assume the Station Complex will be Open soon. August 2020. April the 11th 2021. March 2022, A Bernie Proctor Photo. March 2023. April 2024. Early 2020, the Bogan Shire Council received a Grant. It was a Drought Stimulus Package Grant. This enabled them to do the Restoration work on the Girilambone Railway Station and Restoration work a the Nyngan Museum at the Nyngan Railway Station, It is assumed the the Complex will be open in the next 3 to 6 months. A side story about this Railway Station Complex, In April 2019 I applied for a Lease of this Property to turn it into a Bed and Breakfast operation. Negotiations went from April 2019 till July 2019, when Council was awarded their Grant. So in July 2019 I canned the B&B Idea. As it has turned out, Council has done a Fantastic Job.
